The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Campaign Executive to support the delivery of influencer campaigns across multiple client accounts.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, social media or campaign coordination who wants to develop within a high-growth agency environment.

You'll work closely with senior team members to help manage campaigns from planning through to execution, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Research & Outreach

• Source and shortlist creators based on campaign briefs
• Manage outreach and first-stage communications with influencers and agents
• Build relationships with creators, talent managers and partners

Campaign Delivery

• Support the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns
• Coordinate timelines and ensure content is delivered on schedule
• Monitor campaign progress and flag risks or issues early

Content Management

• Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand guidelines
• Coordinate publishing schedules and approvals
• Monitor live campaign performance

Reporting & Analysis

• Gather campaign metrics including reach, engagement, CPM and ROI
• Support post-campaign reporting and insights presentations
• Maintain accurate CRM and campaign records

Administration & Operations

• Support influencer onboarding, contracts and payment processes
• Keep campaign files, trackers and documents organised
• Assist the wider team with ad hoc campaign tasks

About You

• 1-3 years' experience in influencer marketing, partnerships or campaign management
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and creator culture
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Confident using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office / spreadsheets
• Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn

Desirable Experience

• Agency background
• Experience using CRM or influencer tools such as Creator IQ, Aspire or similar
• Paid social / whitelisting exposure
• Experience with UK or US creator markets
