Job Title: Content Strategist IIIDuration: 12 monthsLocation: RemoteJob Description:Responsibilities

• Write, edit, test and improve Help Center articles and customer support responses based on content strategy
• Write, edit, test and improve content to enable Generative AI
• Apply, maintain, and evangelize content standards and best practices
• Use data to make content decisions and influence partners to improven WhatsApp’s support experiences and troubleshoot known issues.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines.
• Test products to build a source of truth from technical subject-matter experts, translating knowledge into clear, concise, structured documentation.
• Collaborate with the product and operations teams to author clear, effective and empathetic support messaging.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from the United States (or equivalent university degree from another country) in English or another relevant field
• 5 + years of experience
• 2+ years working in a technical writing or content strategy role
• 6+ months experience working in content writing for Generative AI
• Demonstrated critical thinking skills and track record of editorial judgment around complex and sensitive topics to manage large content sets that enable Generative AI
• Demonstrated ability to plan and write online help content and customer support responses for social media platforms and/or mobile apps
• Experience with content management systems (CMS)
• Experience with project management tools

Must-Have Skills:

• Content Creation and Editing: Proven ability to write, edit, test, and improve high-quality content for Help Center articles, customer support responses, and Generative AI applications.
• Content Strategy and Standards: Ability to apply, maintain, and evangelize content standards and best practices, with a focus on enabling Generative AI.
• Project Management and Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to inform content decisions and influence partners, enabling data-driven decision making.
• Technical Content Creation: Familiarity with AI tools, XML editing, and other technical skills to enhance content creation and management, including help center, help content, responses, canned responses, and writing for AI.
• Project Management Expertise: Formal project management training or experience, with a proven track record of managing competing priorities and ambiguity, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Portfolio Showcase: A portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating high-quality help center content, including writing for AI, and demonstrate
