Senior Director, Marketing & Creative Operations and DeliveryThe Role

Levels is growing fast, and we need an operational engine to match it. The Senior Director, Marketing & Creative Operations owns the systems, workflows, and leadership that move ideas from concept to launch across Creative, Brand, Growth, and Marketing. This role owns the operational engine that powers Levels’ marketing and creative output—designing the systems, workflows, and team structure that allow great ideas to move from strategy to market with speed and precision.

You will oversee the full delivery infrastructure across marketing and creative, ensuring initiatives move from strategy to execution with clear ownership, timelines, QA, and handoffs. You will design and evolve the operational infrastructure that supports a fast-growing brand, ensuring our marketing and creative teams can scale output without sacrificing clarity, quality, or speed.

You will lead and develop a Director of Creative Operations and a Marketing Project Manager, building the operational systems that allow the organization to scale. You are the leader who turns complexity into structure, blockers into momentum, and strategy into delivered work.

What You’ll LeadCreative & Marketing Operations

  • Own the end-to-end operational infrastructure for marketing and creative delivery across the company.
  • Partner closely with Marketing channel owners and Creative leadership to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources across teams.
  • Translate strategy into clear briefs, timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
  • Ensure work moves from strategy → brief → production → QA → launch with clear accountability.
  • Establish clear marketing and creative operating rhythms including planning cycles, campaign kickoffs, and delivery reviews.
  • Ensure clear QA processes and project handoffs across teams so work transitions seamlessly from concept to production to launch.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement scalable solutions.

Workflow Systems & Asana Architecture

  • Serve as the architect and owner of Levels’ marketing and creative workflow systems, with deep expertise in Asana.
  • Design and maintain end-to-end digital workflows that support campaign planning, asset creation, approvals, QA, and deployment.
  • Build and manage Asana architecture across projects, portfolios, templates, automations, and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop scalable systems for brief intake, task routing, approvals, asset management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Integrate external agencies, freelancers, and partners into the Levels workflow ecosystem so they can operate seamlessly within internal systems and processes.
  • Establish and enforce best practices for project management, documentation, and task visibility across teams and partners.
  • Ensure leadership has clear visibility into project status, timelines, resource allocation, and risks.

Campaign & Marketing Delivery

  • Oversee operational execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, retail initiatives, and brand programs.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear project roadmaps with timelines, dependencies, QA checkpoints, and ownership.
  • Own and manage the integrated marketing calendar across DTC, retail, lifecycle, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Lead marketing planning, campaign kickoffs, and cross-functional delivery reviews that drive clarity and accountability.

Leadership & Team ManagementDirect Reports: Director of Creative Operations and Marketing Project Manager

  • Lead and develop both direct reports, ensuring strong execution across marketing and creative workflows.
  • Set and uphold the operational standards for marketing and creative execution across the organization.
  • Build and scale the systems that support growth including SOPs, templates, workflow frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
  • Foster a culture of clear ownership, operational excellence, and consistent delivery across teams.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, creative operations, or project management leadership roles.
  • Proven experience building and leading operational systems for marketing and creative teams in high-growth consumer brands.
  • Deep expertise in Asana, including workflow design, project architecture, templates, automations, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of creative production, brand development, and marketing campaign execution workflows.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Exceptional organizational discipline and strong systems thinking.
  • Ability to design operational frameworks that scale as teams and output grow.
  • Clear communicator who can align executives, creatives, marketers, and operators around shared priorities.
