SONA is entering a new growth phase, and we’re looking for an experienced enterprise seller to help drive that expansion.

The Role

We’re seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Director (Brands & Agencies) to accelerate SONA’s commercial growth with brand marketers and agency partners. This role is ideal for a senior strategic seller who thrives on opening new doors, shaping solutions with senior stakeholders, and helping to close complex enterprise deals with planners and strategists navigating today’s evolving media landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of brand and agency prospects, driving qualified opportunities through each stage of the enterprise sales cycle to close.
  • Own high-value sales motions with senior stakeholders across holding companies, independents, and brand marketing organizations.
  • Prospect and open new accounts, leveraging existing networks and strategic outreach to establish SONA as a core intelligence partner.
  • Assist in the development of tailored proposals and negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensuring clear business outcomes 
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, with disciplined forecasting and CRM management to support predictable growth.

About You

  • 8+ years of experience in media, martech, or audience intelligence, with proven success selling to brands and agencies
  • Strong existing network across holding companies, independents, and brand marketing organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing decision infrastructure; experience with planning and buying workflows strongly preferred.
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, collaborating closely with leadership while owning personal revenue targets.
  • Passion for innovation in marketing, AI, and audience intelligence, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business impact
