Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator

Northern Rivers (Remote/Flexible), 10–15 hrs/week, Freelance / Contract

We’re hiring a Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator to join our small, purpose-led team.

We are storytellers with purpose— a boutique social media and marketing agency based in the Northern Rivers, working with lifestyle, wellness, hospitality and impact-driven brands to bring their stories to life through thoughtful strategy and creative content.

About the Role:

You’ll work directly with the founder to support our clients by managing content calendars, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with online communities, and helping produce beautiful content.

Looking for someone with a creative eye, a solid understanding of social media, and a love for working with conscious, community-driven brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Pinterest
• Writing engaging, on-brand captions
• Scheduling and publishing posts
• Supporting community management (DMs, comments, shares, etc.)
• Reporting and basic analytics
• Attending shoots or client visits (optional, but ideal if you're local!)

A bit about you:

• You're creative, organised, and proactive
• You know your way around Canva, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• You’ve got great attention to detail
• You enjoy working independently but collaboratively
• You genuinely care about supporting small, purpose-driven businesses
• You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial
• Bonus if you have experience with graphic design, photography or email marketing

We are looking for someone who is keen to grow with a new agency – we work with some amazing brands, love what we do, but also prioritise a work-life balance. We love to surf, create content outside, and work from different locations to spark our creativity.
