Support & Operation Assistant
Job Description
Posted on: November 26, 2025
Company Description
Somaway is a growing wellbeing platform and community built around somatic practices, emotional regulation and the reconnection with one’s own body.
We create simple, grounded, safe experiences that help people slow down, reduce overwhelm, and return to themselves.
Through guided practices such as breathwork, fascia release, therapeutic movement, voice work and gentle emotional release, Somaway offers a supportive space for people who want to feel more present, more connected and more at ease.
Founded by Andreea Teodor, Somaway has evolved into an online platform with over 70 guided somatic practices, weekly live sessions, and large-scale online events that gather more than 12,000 participants.
We are a small, warm team — practical, grounded, and focused on creating real impact through clarity, consistency and care.
Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a calm, organized and detail-oriented person who can bring clarity and structure into a space that’s growing fast.
This role supports both our community and our internal operations, helping the team run smoothly from one day to the next.
It’s a hands-on role that involves:
– offering support to members via chat and email
– managing daily operational tasks across multiple platforms
– coordinating with collaborators and facilitators
– keeping documents, reports and calendars up to date
– supporting live online sessions
– scheduling emails and social posts
– making sure things stay clear, organised and predictable for the entire team
This is not a role of ticking tasks mechanically — it requires autonomy, clear thinking, responsibility and the ability to navigate both routine and unexpected situations with calm and good judgment.
The role is part-time (approx. 4 hours/day) and fully remote.
Qualifications
We’re likely a good match if you:
– have experience working in a corporate environment and are familiar with structure, discipline and clear processes
– are organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and timelines
– can communicate in a calm, clear and professional manner
– can handle repetitive tasks with care, but also adapt quickly to unexpected situations
– learn digital tools fast and enjoy bringing order where things are in motion
– have experience with email marketing tools (Mailerlite, ActiveCampaign) or are willing to learn quickly
– have worked with or can easily navigate platforms such as Meta Business Suite, Vimeo, YouTube, ManyChat, Stripe, Google Workspace
– have good analytical judgment and can monitor basic reports or operational indicators
– can work independently after an initial onboarding period (we expect full autonomy after the first 6–8 weeks)
Nice-to-have (not required):
– an interest in wellbeing, somatic practices, emotional regulation or personal development
– experience supporting online events or digital communities
– proficiency in English
We aim to begin this collaboration in January.
We will start reviewing applications and contacting selected candidates starting from the second week of December.
