We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager/ UA Manager for one of our fast-growing dating app aiming to disrupt how people connect and build meaningful relationships through technology and smart AI matchmaking. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who is data-driven, creative, and excited to lead paid acquisition campaigns (with a focus on Facebook Ads). You’ll work closely with the product and analytics teams to test hypotheses, optimize attribution, and scale results globally.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Plan, launch, and scale paid marketing campaigns with a focus on Facebook & Instagram
  • Build and manage full-funnel performance strategies for user acquisition and re-engagement
  • Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
  • Own attribution modeling and improve tracking/reporting accuracy
  • Work with creative and product teams to ensure performance insights are translated into design and feature decisions
  • Regular reporting on campaign performance, CAC, LTV, ROI.

We expect from you:

  • Tech background
  • Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager & other ad platforms (Google, TikTok – a plus)
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Strong understanding of attribution tools (Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar)
  • Experience running and analyzing A/B tests
  • Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and data visualization (Tableau, Looker – nice to have)
  • Ability to calculate and optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, and other growth metrics
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to experiment
  • Structured thinking and ability to prioritize

In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
  • Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for time off, merch, team building activities, massage certificates, etc.
