Currently, we are looking for a Head of Mobile Marketing to join our dynamic team! Your Main Tasks Will Be
- Act as a strong leader in mobile acquisition, bringing solid experience in mobile performance marketing.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at achieving 150–300% growth in users and revenue.
- Build and inspire effective cross-functional collaboration with data-driven, growth-focused teams across marketing, product, design, analytics, and engineering to enhance product features for SD Group users.
- Lead and grow a diverse team of 5+ specialists, ensuring operational and creative excellence while hiring and managing marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results.
- Drive market share growth through global expansion and support continued stable development in core markets.
- Oversee marketing budgets for both core and emerging markets, and create high-impact marketing campaigns that resonate with SD Group users.
We Expect From You
- Experience in a similar role with ownership of a monthly marketing budget of $1M+.
- Proven success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks, etc.
- Familiarity with leading global in-app partners and mobile advertising networks.
- A data-driven mindset and a strong desire to analyze and optimize acquisition performance, with excellent command of key performance and retention metrics: LTV, CPA, EROI, etc.
- Practical experience with analytics platforms and tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, etc.
- Experience running marketing for multiple apps/products simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Russian and English B2+)
- Web2App experience (nice to have).

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
