Position Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth across restaurant and hospitality concepts. This role blends creative storytelling with data-driven strategy to support on‑property dining, special events, promotions, and overall brand positioning. This candidate has a strong background in restaurant and hospitality marketing (REQUIRED).Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for restaurants, bars, lounges, and hospitality outlets
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual standards across all marketing channels
- Oversee digital marketing efforts including website content, SEO, email campaigns, and paid media
- Lead social media strategy, content calendars, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
- Collaborate with culinary, operations, and leadership teams to promote menus, openings, seasonal campaigns, and special events
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive covers, average check, and repeat visitation
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Coordinate public relations efforts, media outreach, and local partnerships
- Support grand openings, re‑brands, and on‑property activations
- Ensure consistency of brand voice across all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Required)
- 3–7 years of marketing experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or lifestyle brands (Required)
- Proven success driving measurable revenue growth through marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation
- Experience working with agencies, designers, photographers, and vendors
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Passion for food, beverage, hospitality, and guest experience
Preferred Experience
- Multi‑unit restaurant or hotel portfolio experience
- Experience with CRM, loyalty programs, and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with local market marketing and community engagement strategies
- Experience supporting luxury, upscale, or lifestyle hospitality brands
