We’re now hiring a full-time TikTok Shop Manager (40 hours/week) to take ownership of our TikTok Shop growth. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue, managing creators, and executing campaigns that drive real sales.

Tasks

🔹 Your Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute strategies to scale TikTok Shop revenue ✅ Identify, recruit, and manage high-performing TikTok creators and affiliates ✅ Negotiate deals, commissions, and contracts with influencers ✅ Provide clear creative direction to creators for high-converting content ✅ Launch, monitor, and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns in real time ✅ Analyze performance metrics (sales, CVR, ROI) and scale winning campaigns ✅ Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on ad concepts and offers ✅ Stay ahead of TikTok trends, features, and growth opportunities

Requirements

✔️ TikTok Shop Expertise – Proven track record managing and scaling TikTok Shop ✔️ Influencer Marketing Skills – Strong experience sourcing and managing creators ✔️ Sales-Focused Mindset – You prioritize revenue, not vanity metrics ✔️ Negotiation Skills – Confident handling influencer deals and partnerships ✔️ Analytical Thinking – You use data to make decisions and optimize performance ✔️ Self-Starter – You take ownership and deliver results independently ✔️ E-Commerce Experience – DTC, fashion, or fitness background is a strong plus
