Senior Email Marketing Manager - Duomo

We're looking for a data-driven and creative Sr. Email Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience who will own the email channel end-to-end and will significantly impact our growth trajectory. Responsibilities: — Develop and execute an end-to-end email marketing strategy — Own the full process: segmentation, copywriting, visual briefing, A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and reporting — Continuously optimize campaign performance using data insights and experimentation — Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align messaging with product updates, user behavior, and business goals — Monitor key metrics (OR, CTR, CR, churn, etc.) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement — Maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list to ensure high deliverability and compliance with regulations Requirements: — 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing in B2C.
