Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Strategist who can bring our content, campaigns, and channels into a tight, aligned strategy that drives real results.
Your Mission:
Be the brains behind our brand’s voice, the glue that connects all the moving parts, and the planner that ensures every post, video, and launch lands right on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Create & own the marketing strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and more.
- You’ll execute Safety Talk, a raw, street-interview series diving into how people experience safety at work and in life, from Bali to the Aussie job site.
- Manage our EDM marketing, design flows, newsletters, and audience segments that engage and convert.
- Coordinate all moving parts of the content machine, social, blog, video, ads, and product launches.
- Work cross-functionally with the founder, product, and consultancy teams to translate real client stories and milestones into powerful marketing touchpoints.
- Build and manage a central content calendar that aligns with sales campaigns, feature releases, and strategic goals.
- Develop performance funnels that guide prospects from awareness to action.
- Support product and campaign launches with clear, repeatable playbooks for social, EDM, paid, and web content.
- Track and report on performance, pivoting quickly where needed.
Who You Are:
- We’re looking for someone with serious grunt someone who doesn’t need hand-holding, thrives on momentum, and can take a project by the horns and run with it.
- You don’t need a decade of experience we’re after someone with drive, curiosity, and the guts to dive in. If you’re passionate, committed, and solve problems without waiting to be told, you’ll thrive here.
- A strategic thinker with B2B or SaaS marketing experience, ideally in startups, tech, or consulting.
- A confident executor who knows how to brief creatives, coordinate, and hit deadlines.
- Strong across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and email marketing, with a good eye for tone, timing, and messaging.
- Experienced in EDM campaigns and CRM segmentation, with an understanding of automation and engagement flows.
- A clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving environments and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
- Passionate about storytelling, performance marketing, and building momentum behind a brand with purpose.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with SEO and digital paid advertising (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with our core stack:
- HeyReach (LinkedIn outreach)
- Canva (creative assets)
- Pipedrive (CRM and sales alignment)
- Figma (collab with design team)
- CapCut (video editing for our TikTok and Insta pages)
- ClickUp (project/task management)
- Experience working with early-stage startups or across SaaS + service models
- Ability to develop and manage lead magnets, landing pages, and nurture sequences
