Sistaco is a global, fast-growing beauty brand operating across multiple international markets. We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid media performance worldwide, with a clear focus on profitable, sustainable growth. This position is 100% remote. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, creative performance, and data-driven execution, working closely with creative, analytics, and leadership teams to drive measurable impact across regions.
About the role
· Setup, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns across our brand portfolio in 5 countries, with expansion and new markets soon.
· Advertise across international markets, successfully managing multi-currency ad campaigns.
· Manage and allocate large ad budgets with a close eye.
· Adjust and optimise campaigns based on consumer behaviour and results, continually evolving and improving campaign performance.
· Develop and manage customer funnels, whilst integrating our omnichannel tech stack.
· Prepare reports, interpret data and offer strategic recommendations to improve performance.
· Liaise with internal creative and project team members to develop effective performance-driven assets (copy, images, videos, landing pages, etc.).
- Drive full-funnel performance across acquisition, retargeting, and retention
- Own performance across international markets, managing CAC, MER, ROAS, and contribution margin
· Ensure campaigns are set up and structured correctly to enable accurate measurement of data.
· Development of processes to ensure consistency in delivery.
About You
· Highly experienced in advertising for e-commerce brands.
· Experience in managing multi-currency ad campaigns.
· Excellent attention to detail and are comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced and ambitious environment.
· 3+ years in the marketing industry, leadership experience is also beneficial.
· An understanding of international markets and consumer behaviour.
· Experience working in the paid traffic space with Facebook & Instagram Ads being the major focus. Google ads, Snapchat ads, LinkedIn ads, Pinterest ads, and TikTok ad experience beneficial.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns & tasks at once.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Demonstrated ability in the structuring of sales funnels and their implementation in campaign design and platform set up.
· Excellent analytical skills and high levels of competency in Excel and Google Sheets.
· Proven track record working across multiple campaigns and delivering real results such as increasing ROI and lowering CPAs.
· The ability to confidently communicate campaign objectives, results, timelines and deliverables to business stakeholders.
· A strong ability to work autonomously.
