We’re looking for a sharp Email Marketing Manager to help grow Simify’s email revenue and customer retention.

This isn’t a role for someone looking to manage BAU sends and track open rates. It’s for someone who loves growing email revenue, running structured tests, and using smart segmentation to unlock scale.

Because our product is 100% digital, expanding into new markets is fast and frictionless—we’re not limited by stock, logistics, or borders. All we need is the right person to help us elevate email to one of our top-performing channels.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own day-to-day email performance across campaigns, flows, and SMS
  • Build and manage high-impact email campaigns that drive incremental revenue
  • Run structured A/B tests on flows, subject lines, offers, and segmentation
  • Actively grow campaign revenue % as a core KPI
  • Analyse data across Klaviyo and other platforms to find trends and scaling opportunities
  • Develop and optimise list growth strategies (on-site, pop-ups, offers) to continuously build a high-quality subscriber base
  • Work closely with the performance and influencer teams to contribute to and align with the marketing calendar
  • Understand and leverage cross-channel customer journeys (cold acquisition, Meta, email, SMS)
  • Continuously optimise deliverability, segmentation, and list health to maximise engagement and minimise unsubscribes/spam reports
  • Work with the creative and design team to brief high-converting email templates
  • Be open to leveraging AI to scale, using our internal AI tools to streamline and personalise email marketing

📈 What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

  • You’ve developed a clear understanding of Simify’s customer lifecycle and email performance
  • You’ve grown campaign revenue contribution meaningfully
  • You’ve launched meaningful campaign and flow tests with clear, data-backed learnings
  • You’ve built a sustainable, well-segmented email calendar that customers actually want to receive
  • You’re working in strong rhythm with the creative and paid teams
  • You’ve introduced new ideas or systems that have improved revenue, retention, or efficiency

🛠️ What You’ll Bring

  • Strong technical knowledge of email marketing platforms, including Klaviyo default triggers, experience working with custom trigger events, and a solid understanding of key Klaviyo metrics
  • 3–5+ years experience in email marketing, ideally in eCommerce
  • Strong Klaviyo and campaign management skills
  • Proven track record of growing email revenue as a % of total revenue
  • Comfortable with SMS, push notifications, and customer retention flows
  • Data-driven mindset → you love using data to make decisions and track progress
  • Strong grasp of direct response copywriting and customer psychology
  • Understands how email fits within a cross-channel marketing strategy
  • Bonus: Open to working with AI tools and exploring new tech to scale email
  • Collaborative, proactive, and focused on commercial outcomes
