Visual Designer

Are you a design pro who thrives on variety and loves making things look polished, professional, and punchy? We’re looking for a versatile Visual Designer to join us on a freelance, hourly basis.

The Role:

You will support our team across a wide range of creative needs. No two days are the same, but your core focus will include:

• Presentation Design: Creation and "clean up" of high-stakes decks in PowerPoint and Keynote.
• Marketing Collateral: Designing sleek One-Sheets and promotional materials.
• Digital Assets: Crafting engaging eBlast designs and social media posts.
• General Graphic Support: Miscellaneous graphic creation, file formatting, and asset optimization.
• Adaptive Creativity: Other projects tailored to your specific strengths and our evolving needs.

The Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio:Required. We will not consider applications without a link to a portfolio showcasing high-quality, relevant creative work.
• Location: Must be US-based (Fully Remote).

Technical Toolkit:

• Expert Level: PowerPoint, Keynote, and Canva.
• Adobe Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Product Design: Figma.
• Bonus Points: Experience with AfterEffects is a major plus, but not required.
