Social Media Marketing Internship

At Shuttle99, we combine the agility of a startup with the impact of a global FinTech company. Our mission is to reshape the financial landscape through smart, tech-driven solutions- and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join us.

This is a learning-focused role with a strong emphasis on social media and content creation, where you’ll play an active role in supporting organic growth across our channels. Over time, you’ll also get exposure to other areas of digital marketing, including paid campaigns, email marketing, and basic analytics, as your skills develop. You don’t need years of experience, but you do need curiosity, creativity, and the willingness to dive in and learn quickly.

Tasks

• Support the marketing team with a strong focus on social media content and organic growth across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Help create, adapt, and schedule content (posts, short captions, creatives, ideas for formats and series).
• Contribute to improving reach, engagement, and consistency of our social media presence.
• Track basic social media metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and support simple reporting.
• Research trends, competitors, and content ideas to keep our social channels relevant and up to date.
• Support the media buying team when needed (newsletters, basic campaign drafts, scheduling).
• Collaborate with different team members and gain hands-on exposure to how marketing works in a global FinTech environment.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (Spanish is a big plus).
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn.
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn).
• Curiosity about Social Media and a willingness to learn best practices.
• Comfortable with using Canva/ Photoshop on a daily basis.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Estonian OR Canary Islands resident. (IT'S A MUST)
