Your Role

Now, we’re seeking a Social Media & Community Director who’s passionate about mental health and personal growth. If you’ve ever wished you could use your creative skills to make a difference, this might be your opportunity. You’ll help people not just learn about healing, but feel part of something bigger as they grow through it. This is a team role with equity to start, and future compensation once funded. Ideal for someone who aligns with our mission and is excited to build something from the ground up.

What You’ll LeadSocial Media Strategy

• Craft and lead our social voice across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond

• Design campaigns that center on lived experience, promote growth, and invite people to engage with our content and mission

• Launch and nurture relationships with therapists, creators, and aligned influencers who care about healing and impact

Newsletter & Email Storytelling

• Create meaningful, emotionally resonant newsletters that reflect our weekly themes, therapist wisdom, and community highlights

• Collaborate with our content and product team on launch emails and nurture sequences that guide people through their SHiFT journey

Community Leadership

• Approve and welcome new members into our community, monitor the space for respectful engagement, reply to DMs, and take ownership of collaborating with our team to ensure a powerful member experience on the platform

Who You Are

• Aligns with our mission, you care about therapy, personal growth, and mental wellness
• A thoughtful creator and communicator
• You know how to share ideas that land and help people feel something
• 4+ years of experience in social media, storytelling, community building, or digital wellness spaces
• Organized and proactive, love creating systems that spark connection and run smoothly
• Curious about people and passionate about connecting them
• Bonus - familiar with Mighty Networks or similar platforms
