The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving go-to-market strategies and shaping how industries understand and implement OT cybersecurity. At Shieldworkz, you won’t just market products, you’ll help define how industrial operators, asset owners, and integrators perceive and adopt cybersecurity solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams, create compelling campaigns, and build strong relationships across critical infrastructure sectors. The role requires strong communication, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex concepts into impactful messaging that resonates with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to industrial cybersecurity buyers.
  • Drive lead generation and build lasting client relationships across energy, manufacturing, oil & gas, and transportation sectors.
  • Develop engaging messaging and content (blogs, whitepapers, infographics, sales collateral, email campaigns) for diverse audiences.
  • Manage Shieldworkz’s online presence and digital campaigns, optimizing for SEO and visibility in the OT/ICS space.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Represent Shieldworkz at industry events, webinars, and trade shows to expand brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or technical marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, OT/ICS, industrial automation, or critical infrastructure.
  • Understanding of ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, etc.), industrial network architecture, and cybersecurity standards (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify and convey complex concepts.
  • Proven track record in pipeline building, campaign management, and achieving KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Google Ads).
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated to contribute in a fast-moving cybersecurity company.
