About the Role
We are hiring a full time Sales Closing Team Lead to lead and elevate our team of closers. You will be directly responsible for coaching, performance management, and day to day leadership of the closing pod, ensuring consistent delivery of strong conversion rates and high quality customer experiences.
This role combines leadership with hands on selling. You’ll run daily huddles, review calls, and create playbooks, while also stepping in to model world class sales conversations when needed. Collaboration with setters, marketing, and leadership will be key to driving alignment across the funnel and maximising overall sales performance.
This position is ideal for a proven closer who is ready to step into leadership and make a measurable impact on both people and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales closing team to achieve and exceed targets
- Run daily huddles, pipeline reviews, role play, and performance sessions
- Review sales calls, provide structured feedback, and implement improvement plans
- Build and maintain sales scripts, objection maps, and playbooks
- Take live calls when required to demonstrate best practice closing
- Track and report team KPIs including close rate, show rate, AOV, and sales cycle time
- Partner with setters, marketing, and leadership to optimise lead flow and conversion
- Ensure CRM accuracy, pipeline velocity, and disciplined follow up
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new closers
- Foster a high performance, customer centric sales culture
Who You Are
- A proven sales closer with 3 or more years of consistent quota attainment
- Experienced in mentoring or leading salespeople, with a track record of lifting team performance
- Strong in call reviews, coaching, and developing structured training
- Skilled in consultative sales and frameworks such as NEPQ, SPIN, or challenger
- Data driven, organised, and comfortable working to KPIs
- Calm, confident, and empathetic, able to balance high standards with strong relationships
- Based in Australia, full time, with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about empowering women and helping product based businesses succeed
