Role Overview
The Director of Creative & Growth is a hands-on role that combines digital growth strategy, creative direction, and omni-channel marketing execution.
You will be in charge of letting the world know about Momentum. This will involve executing on digital and physical assets across DTC, paid media, social, affiliate, email, strategic partnerships and influencer programs while ensuring the brand’s storytelling remains elevated, authentic, and performance-driven.
You will bring a builder’s mindset: strategic yet willing to roll up your sleeves and execute. This role works closely with the Senior Director of Retail & Growth and the Founder to connect Momentum’s digital, retail, and partnership channels into one unified growth engine.
This position is ideal for someone who has helped scale premium consumer brands and thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Momentum’s digital growth strategy across paid media, social, affiliate, email, influencer, and referral channels, ensuring all programs align with retail initiatives.
- Lead creative direction and execution, concepting and producing digital campaigns that elevate brand storytelling and deliver measurable growth.
- Monitor click fraud prevention systems, auditing paid channels and affiliate activity to ensure performance integrity.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Retail & Growth to align DTC, retail, and partnership campaigns for launches and activations.
- Oversee creative partners and agencies to deliver on-brand content efficiently.
- Analyze performance data such as CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, and engagement to optimize creative and maximize ROI.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing to improve the customer journey from first impression through retention using creative storytelling and automated flows.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and retail teams to maintain consistent messaging and cohesive brand presentation.
- Stay current on creative, cultural, and performance trends in wellness, longevity, and beauty to keep Momentum relevant and competitive.
Ideal Background
- 10+ years of experience in digital growth, creative direction, or omni-channel marketing within CPG, wellness, or beauty.
- Proven success in building and scaling brands toward $100M in annual revenue.
- Experience across DTC, retail, partnerships, email, affiliate, influencer, and social media.
- Strong understanding of click fraud detection and ad verification tools.
- Hands-on creative and analytical skills, with the ability to concept, write, design, and optimize campaigns directly.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, attribution modeling, and testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for health, wellness, and longevity with a proactive, ownership-oriented attitude.
- A commitment to performance integrity and ethical growth practices.

Compensation:
• $140,000–$165,000 annual salary (negotiable and commensurate with experience)
