The Role: Google Ads Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Google Ads Campaign Manager to set the strategic direction for our paid search efforts and guide our team toward outstanding results.

Your mission is simple: run high-impact Google Ads campaigns that drive measurable growth. We are not looking to train someone up, we need an experienced professional with the skills and proven success to make an immediate impact. You will lead strategy, oversee campaign execution, and ensure our clients see exceptional performance. You will also bring deep expertise in Google Ads, GA4, CRM tracking integrations, and data-driven optimization.

If you have more than 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, thrive on analytics, pay attention to every detail, and lead with confidence, this is the role for you.

Role Expectations

• Define strategic direction and guide the team to achieve best-in-class campaign results.
• Take ownership of Google Ads strategy and execution across multiple home service clients.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize search, display, video, and local service campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GA4 and CRM tracking integrations.
• Conduct detailed performance audits and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Report on results and strategies with clarity and confidence.

What We Need You To Bring To Service Scalers

• At least four years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Deep expertise in GA4, conversion tracking, tag implementation, and CRM integrations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A data-driven mindset and a relentless focus on results.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• The ability to work independently and make confident, informed decisions.

Bonus Points

• Experience managing ads for home service businesses such as plumbing, HVAC, or roofing.
• Google Ads certifications
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Zapier, and major CRMs.
• Proven success scaling ad budgets profitably beyond six figures.
• A passion for performance marketing and continuous improvement.
