About the Role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads expert who’s ready to step up. You’ll step into a portfolio of high-performing ecommerce clients, drive ad performance end-to-end, and if you’re ready, grow your own team within 6–12 months. This is the perfect role for someone who wants autonomy, challenge, and the opportunity to build something meaningful.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Meta campaigns end-to-end
• Owning client relationships (WIPs, reviews, performance chats - no middle account manager)
• Constantly iterating and optimising for growth
• Keeping your skill set razor-sharp - we want masters of their craft
• Collaborating with a talented, fully remote team that moves fast

You’ll Thrive If You Have

• 2+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience (TikTok & Pinterest a bonus)
• Experience managing $80k+/month ad spend per account
• A passion for ecommerce and performance marketing
• The confidence to speak directly with clients and solve challenges
• An eye for detail, a systems mindset, and strong commercial instincts
• Agency experience (preferred, but not essential)
