The role

**

Sentrient is a fast‑growing SaaS business operating in Compliance, GRC, and HR. We help organisations reduce regulatory exposure, manage risk, and protect their people through legally endorsed content and scalable SaaS delivery.

As a remote Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact for both cold and warm leads. Your role is to introduce Sentrient, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team.

This is a key role in supporting growth — the sales team wins when you consistently put quality meetings on the calendar.

What you’ll be responsible for

**

  • Making outbound phone calls to cold and warm leads
  • Introducing Sentrient and qualifying interest based on needs and fit
  • Building rapport with gatekeepers and decision‑makers
  • Booking meetings (consultations / product demos) for the sales team
  • Logging notes, outcomes, and follow‑ups accurately in CRM
  • Managing call‑backs and follow‑up tasks independently
  • Booking prospects into opt‑ins and marketing activities
  • Maintaining activity reporting and continuously improving your approach

This is a performance role — activity matters, but outcomes matter more.

  • Consistently booking qualified meetings that convert into real sales conversations
  • High‑volume outbound activity with strong follow‑through and clean CRM hygiene
  • Strong communication and professional presence on the phone and over email
  • Hitting defined targets (Meetings Booked)

What you’ll bring

**

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Organised, detail‑focused, and able to self‑manage follow‑ups
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and standard productivity software
  • Sales or appointment‑setting experience (3–5 years preferred)
  • Self‑motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve results
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Working remotely with Sentrient

**

  • Fully remote role, open to candidates available to make outbound calls during Australian business hours
  • Clear targets, scripts, onboarding, and ongoing support provided
  • Regular check‑ins and performance feedback

You must have:

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Quiet, professional work environment
  • Headset / phone setup suitable for outbound calling
