We’re entering a $400B+ global impact market with the urgency and creativity of a Web3-native startup and we need a marketing lead who can build momentum from the ground up.

The Role

We’re looking for a Web3 Marketing Lead to launch, grow, and scale our audience, narrative, and community.

This is not a gig. It’s a founding opportunity for someone who’s done it before or is hungry enough to prove they can.

You won’t just “run ads.” You’ll shape the movement.

What You Bring

✅ You’ve marketed a Web3 project that hit real results

Whitelist growth, revenue milestones, or campaign virality. Show us what you built and what moved the needle.

✅ You’ve grown communities from scratch

You know how to activate Twitter, Telegram, and Web3-native platforms (like Whop or Zealy). Not just for vanity for connection and conversions.

✅ You’re a storyteller who understands narrative strategy and the Web3 culture

Hooks. Scarcity. Purpose. You write and create content that feels alive. You know how to build momentum, not just attention.

✅ You’re a strategic executor

You don’t need hand-holding. You pitch ideas, launch campaigns, build collabs, and adapt fast. If you’ve said “I already started testing this,” you’ll thrive here.

✅ You actually care about impact

You’re not here for a degen flip. You believe Web3 can do better and that funding social change is one of the highest-leverage problems to solve.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Huge Plus)

• Launched or marketed an NFT, token, or Web3 community with success
• Experience with tools like Zealy, Premint, Paragraph, Whop
• Can host or speak publicly (Twitter Spaces, AMAs, etc.)
• Has collab’d with influencers or partner communities and made it work
• Has a network to leverage in the web3 / crypto community
