WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...
You’ll be the driving force behind how our brand shows up in the world. Working closely with top-tier PR, brand, and paid media agencies, you’ll lead the charge on marketing execution across global markets. You’ll spot new opportunities, test new channels and won’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the tools when needed.
You’ll manage and mentor an offshore team, bringing focus and momentum to day-to-day activity while steering brand evolution. From repositioning how we’re seen in the market to supporting our international growth, you’ll help shape the next chapter of our story.
You’ll collaborate with teams across time zones, and you’ll have the chance to travel as the brand expands globally, building something that’s recognised and respected worldwide.
YOU WILL NEED...
- 4+ years' experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Email, Display, and Content etc)
- Strong knowledge of performance monitoring tools
- Understanding of branding, positioning, and creative development
- Ability to plan and execute full-funnel strategies aligned to business objectives
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation and customer journeys
- Experience managing external partners and agencies (e.g. media, creative, PR, SEO)
- Strong project management skills — ability to lead campaigns from briefing to execution
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Global marketing experience or working across multiple regions
