Role Description
We’re seeking a Transformation Director to spearhead leadership and cultural transformation worldwide, leveraging our success-education frameworks as the foundation for growth — while developing your own business division and empowering leaders to drive performance, mindset evolution, and sustainable results.
This is a remote, contract-based position designed for senior professionals who excel in leading transformation, developing people, and executing innovative business models.
You’ll leverage your background in leadership, consulting, or business strategy to build your business unit and guide others through change — blending commercial thinking with people-centered leadership.

• Interested in future-fit, performance-based career models that combine autonomy with measurable success.
