Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Social (Meta)
Job Description
Posted on: October 20, 2025
About the Opportunity:
Something rare has been built on Meta within this team. In the last year, spend has increased by 4X and Meta has been turned into a high-performing growth engine. Now, the organization is looking for someone to take it even further. If you have scaled large Meta accounts to $10M+ per month and are looking for the kind of account that challenges and excites you, this is it.
This opportunity is all about unlocking new levels of scale and efficiency on Meta. You will be running high-impact experiments with the freedom to test bold, unconventional strategies. A scientific, data-driven approach is taken to everything, and the team is looking for someone who brings both rigor and creativity. Insights will be applied to a unique product with deep product-market fit and strong user love, resulting in momentum that makes performance marketing more effective and a lot more fun.
You will be joining a team that moves fast, thinks deeply, and cares about doing great work. Collaboration will be close with top-tier creative partners and experienced growth operators to keep leveling up one of the most important acquisition engines. Reporting will be to the Head of Paid Digital Advertising and the role can be based remotely anywhere in the U.S.
If you are an elite Meta advertiser looking to take on a big, exciting challenge and want to work alongside some of the most thoughtful, talented people in growth and creative, this organization would love to meet you.
What you’ll do
• Own and operate large-scale Meta ad campaigns to drive efficient growth and maximize new customer acquisition
• Leverage your deep Meta expertise to launch bold experiments and contribute unconventional, high-impact ideas that push boundaries and drive breakthrough performance
• Partner closely with the in-house creative team to make data-informed decisions about what to produce, scale, or retire
• Proactively manage spend allocation and pacing based on performance data to maximize impact, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement
You could be a great fit if
• You have scaled large Meta accounts spending $5M+ per month. You were the directly responsible individual for performance at this level across multiple accounts, with ownership over strategy, execution, and results. Bonus points if you have done this in both SaaS and D2C.
• You are excited to do your best work in a role with high ownership and outsized impact. You see a rare opportunity to take something that’s working and scale it way further. Meta is already a strong channel at this organization and you are excited to own it, move fast, and unlock the next level of growth.
• You are not afraid to challenge the playbook. You bring fresh, unconventional ideas and back them with disciplined testing.
• You think in systems and strategy. You understand full-funnel marketing, incrementality, attribution nuances, and you think beyond single-channel metrics.
• You operate like a scientist. You structure experiments, isolate variables, and thrive in test-learn-iterate loops.
• You are driven by impact and energized by the unknown. You are always looking for the next lever to unlock meaningful growth and are motivated by the chance to make a big impact.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated success scaling multiple Meta ad accounts from $1M to $5-10M+ in monthly spend, ideally having done this 2–3 times across different verticals or business types. The team is looking for someone who has not only managed large budgets but has also grown accounts to that scale, showing a deep understanding of performance optimization and efficient scaling.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad accounts.
• Expertise in performance measurement and attribution, including geo and incrementality testing and MMM, with a track record of using these methods to guide budget allocation and strategic decisions.
• Deep understanding of Meta auction dynamics, optimization levers, and account structure including how creative, targeting, and conversion signals influence CPMs, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in interpreting performance data to inform testing and strategy.
