We’re on a mission to make sales teams unstoppable, and we need a driven Junior Marketing Generalist to amplify our story and fuel growth.
About the Role
As an early-stage hire, you’ll work directly with the founders to build the SalesRun brand, generate leads, and educate sales leaders about the value of CPQ. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines digital marketing execution with real-world, client-facing responsibilities.
You will not only create and distribute content — you will also help represent SalesRun externally, especially at industry events and trade shows. Over time, you’ll become one of the visible faces of the company to prospects, partners, and the sales community.
What You’ll Do
Content & Demand Generation
- Write SEO-optimized blog posts, LinkedIn content, and email newsletters focused on revenue impact and sales efficiency.
- Support webinars, ebooks, and nurture campaigns that convert prospects into qualified leads.
Social Media & Ads
- Manage and grow SalesRun’s LinkedIn presence.
- Experiment with paid acquisition (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) to attract sales operations leaders and decision-makers.
Events, Trade Shows & Client Interaction
- Support the preparation and execution of trade shows, conferences, and virtual events.
- Help prepare booth materials, messaging, demos, and follow-up workflows.
- Represent SalesRun in conversations with prospects and partners during events.
- Assist with post-event lead follow-up and ongoing communication with clients and prospects.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot (or similar tools).
- Report weekly on traffic, leads, conversions, and engagement.
Test & Learn
- Experiment with new channels, formats, and messaging to identify what drives pipeline growth.
Who You Are
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related) or 1–2+ years of relevant experience.
- Comfortable with both execution and visibility — you’re not afraid to talk to people, represent a product, and be the face of a brand when needed.
- Action-oriented and autonomous: you move fast and don’t need constant supervision.
- Curious and coachable, with a strong interest in B2B SaaS and sales technology.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, HubSpot (or similar), and basic Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communicator, able to adapt tone for content, clients, and events.
Bonus Points
- Previous exposure to B2B SaaS or sales-related products.
- Experience supporting events, trade shows, or webinars.
- Content writing samples or basic design skills.
