About the Role
You will own social strategy and execution, turning client wins, settlement data and consumer law into content people want to share. Working in a small team alongside the Marketing Manager, you will connect social activity to measurable user growth while treating clients' stories with care.
Responsibilities
- Own organic and paid social strategy and the growth results it delivers.
- Recruit, brief and direct freelance channel specialists, maintaining a high standard across platforms.
- Personally manage LinkedIn, bringing together the company's mission, data and founder's voice.
- Work with client success to find compelling stories and share them responsibly.
- Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships.
- Track reach, engagement and cost per acquired user, using results to improve activity each week.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of employed social media marketing experience, with evidence of growing a brand's social presence.
- Experience running organic and paid social together.
- A track record of directing freelancers, agencies or in-house contributors.
- Strong understanding of what works on each platform and when to change approach.
- Hands-on analytics experience and openness to feedback on results.
- Experience using agentic AI tools, with examples of what you have built or automated.
- Sound judgement when handling sensitive client stories, prioritising dignity over virality.
- Helpful, not essential: B2C growth, legal or professional services, mission-driven organisations, and management experience.
