About the Role
This is a commercially focused growth strategy role supporting a portfolio of consumer brands.
You'll analyse customer journeys and business performance, identify the highest-impact growth opportunities, and turn data into clear strategic recommendations. You'll initially work closely with the Head of Growth and take increasing ownership of client reporting, recommendations, and quarterly business reviews.
Responsibilities
- Analyse client businesses and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.
- Map the customer journey from acquisition through to repeat purchase.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, CAC, and customer lifetime value.
- Turn performance data and commercial insight into clear recommendations.
- Help clients prioritise initiatives most likely to drive meaningful growth.
- Take a holistic view across paid media, retention, email, subscriptions, and eCommerce performance.
- Take increasing ownership of client reporting and quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate with paid media, retention, design, development, and client services teams to align activity with wider growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Around five years of experience in a growth, eCommerce, or digital strategy-focused role.
- Strong understanding of DTC and eCommerce business models.
- Experience analysing customer journeys and identifying growth opportunities.
- Good understanding of CAC, LTV, AOV, and conversion rate.
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience across multiple areas of digital growth, including acquisition, retention, email, and subscriptions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence working directly with clients and building trusted relationships.
