About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Architect with hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud (RCA) and deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

You will collaborate closely with the existing implementation team to design, configure, and deploy advanced Q2C capabilities, focusing on pricing configuration, approvals, document generation, and ERP integration (NetSuite preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical build and configuration of Salesforce Revenue Cloud components, including CPQ, Billing, and RCA frameworks.
  • Implement pricing structures, discount logic, and smart approval workflows aligned with the completed functional and technical design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Finance, and Engineering) to ensure alignment with existing ERP and data architecture.
  • Oversee OmniStudio configuration for document generation and downstream workflows.
  • Support testing cycles, including unit testing, regression testing, and UAT, ensuring full end-to-end Q2C validation.
  • Work closely with the data migration lead to ensure readiness for deployment.
  • Contribute to NetSuite integration (or other ERP) for billing, revenue recognition, and reporting use cases.
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and best practices for RCA scalability and maintainability.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years focused on Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RCA).
  • Proven track record in Q2C process design and implementation for subscription-based SaaS or recurring revenue models.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce RCA frameworks and best practices for scaling within enterprise-grade environments.
  • Experience with NetSuite integrations (preferred) or similar ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday Financials).
  • Proficiency with OmniStudio and document generation solutions.
  • Familiarity with data migration, testing cycles, and deployment management within Salesforce projects.
  • Solid grasp of Apex, Flow, integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs), and Salesforce security model.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise between business, technical, and vendor teams.

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Certified Revenue Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist / Billing Specialist
  • Experience working with international or remote teams across time zones.
  • Prior engagement in projects leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud at scale.

Project Context

The project has completed discovery, technical design, user stories, and roadmap definition. The focus areas are:

  1. Build-out of core pricing structures
  2. Smart approval configuration
  3. OmniStudio document generation
  4. Regression testing and NetSuite integration ahead of a January deployment
  • You will play a pivotal role in bringing this implementation through its final phases toward go-live.
