We make protein powders without the gimmicks, hype, or shortcuts that dominate the category. We're building a brand rooted in ingredient transparency, product quality, and radical authenticity.
We're growing fast across DTC, Amazon, Costco, Target, Vitamin Shoppe, and TikTok Shop, and we're looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships to help accelerate the next chapter of growth.
The Role
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role.
We're looking for a relationship builder, deal maker, and growth-minded operator who can create partnerships that increase awareness, drive trial, generate content, and strengthen the Levels brand.
You will own and expand our partnership ecosystem across creators, athletes, podcasts, events, retailers, brands, affiliates, and strategic business relationships.
One day you may be negotiating a partnership with a major creator. The next day you may be building a co-marketing program with another consumer brand, exploring an activation with a company like Live Nation, or launching a retail partnership tied to a key customer.
You will report into the marketing organization and work closely with brand, creative, ecommerce, retail, and leadership teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute Levels' brand partnership strategy
- Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive awareness, customer acquisition, and brand equity
- Build relationships with creators, athletes, podcasts, and affiliates
- Identify and execute partnerships with complementary brands
- Develop strategic business partnerships that create unique consumer touchpoints and experiences
- Lead co-branded campaigns, collaborations, and promotional programs
- Manage partnership negotiations, contracts, budgets, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with creative, content, ecommerce, retail, and sales teams to maximize partnership impact
- Measure performance and continuously optimize the partnership portfolio
- Identify emerging partnership opportunities before competitors

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, business development, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or related fields
- Proven experience building and managing external relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience owning partnership budgets and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action
- Strong understanding of modern consumer brands and partnership ecosystems
Bonus Points
- Experience in CPG, wellness, fitness, nutrition, or consumer products
- Experience managing creator, affiliate, or ambassador programs
- Experience with retail marketing partnerships
- Existing network of creators, athletes, agencies, and brand partners
