So we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help scale the next era of Rupt across digital strategy, campaigns, launches, partnerships, web, email, PR, and overall brand execution.
This is the type of role where you’ll have real ownership, direct access to leadership, and the ability to help shape the future of a fast-growing brand in real time.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
Driving Brand & Digital Strategy
- Helping sharpen how Rupt shows up across web, email, launches, campaigns, and digital experiences overall
- Helping improve overall brand consistency across every platform and touchpoint
- Helping make the Rupt brand feel bigger, sharper, and more premium online
Executing Campaigns & Launches
- Coordinating product launches, marketing rollouts, timelines, messaging, and campaign execution across teams
- Helping organize launches and campaigns from idea through execution
- Ensuring projects actually move quickly and efficiently
Managing Creative Projects
- Helping organize fast-moving creative ideas into real-world execution
- Managing timelines, moving pieces, and priorities across multiple projects
- Bringing structure and organization to marketing operations and workflows
Growing Awareness
- Helping drive customer awareness and engagement
- Helping grow DTC traffic and digital engagement organically
- Assisting with partnerships, PR opportunities, activations, trade shows, and brand collaborations
Leading Marketing Operations
- Managing our Marketing Coordinator
- Collaborating closely with our Head of Content, who leads content production and execution
- Helping build scalable marketing systems and operational structure as the company grows
YOU’D PROBABLY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU…

- can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball

You probably have experience in:
- brand marketing
- digital marketing
- campaign strategy
- creative project management
- startups
- agency environments
- lifestyle or culture-first brands

The Deets:
Full Time
Remote within the United States
Salary Range: $55,000–$68,000 DOE
