We are seeking a Community and Content Manager to lead our digital presence, grow our global community, and bring our story to life across multiple platforms.
Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to define the culture, tone, and growth strategy of one of rugby’s most exciting initiatives.
As Community and Content Manager, you will:
- Build and nurture a vibrant global rugby community.
- Create and deliver engaging content that drives participation.
- Manage RugbyDAO’s social channels, Discord and Telegram platforms.
- Represent RugbyDAO’s voice externally through media, partnerships, and activations.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Growth & Engagement
- Design and implement strategies to attract and retain RugbyDAO members.
- Cultivate a thriving community of rugby enthusiasts across multiple digital platforms.
- Encourage meaningful interactions, discussions, and collaborations.
- Provide timely support to community members.
Content & Social Media
- Develop and deliver a content strategy aligned with RugbyDAO’s objectives.
- Produce diverse content (articles, campaign updates, promotional content, graphics, videos, memes) that resonates with fans.
- Manage RugbyDAO’s presence on social platforms.
- Collaborate with partners and team members to source new content ideas and contributions.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels, maintaining RugbyDAO’s identity and standards.
- Use analytics to monitor performance and refine strategies.
Discord and Telegram
- Lead and expand RugbyDAO’s Discord and Telegram platforms as the central hubs for global rugby fans.
- Implement engagement strategies, gamified activations, and token-gated perks.
- Moderate discussions, uphold community guidelines, and resolve conflicts.
- Foster a self-sustaining community culture where members actively contribute, collaborate, and feel valued.
Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, community growth, content creation, and social media management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a storytelling mindset.
- Understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and community dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience with Discord server management and digital community growth.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track KPIs, measure engagement, and optimise campaigns.
- Creative, proactive, highly organised with a passion for building community-driven initiatives.
- A Plus: A passion for sports (rugby), blockchain, community-driven innovation, with the motivation to make a positive impact.
