We are looking for a leader who can build that function from the current foundation, bring rigor to how we generate and measure pipeline, and lay the groundwork for a unified Rotation Digital brand.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing is responsible for building and leading a unified marketing function across Rotation Digital and its operating brands, including QueBIT and Syssero. This leader will consolidate marketing across the platform, stand up a measurable demand engine, and own brand, positioning, and market visibility as we scale.

The Head of Marketing will lead a distributed team across business unit marketing, content, and creative, and will partner closely with sales, partnerships, and business unit leadership to align marketing with commercial priorities. This leader will also own the market segmentation, data, and performance foundation that the rest of the commercial engine depends on.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and lead a unified marketing function across Rotation Digital, QueBIT, and Syssero
  • Consolidate marketing teams, tools, and spend into one operating model
  • Align marketing strategy with sales, partner, and business unit priorities
  • Establish a shared campaign calendar and consistent messaging by segment

Demand Generation & Pipeline

  • Stand up a measurable demand engine that generates qualified pipeline by business unit
  • Tie every program to sourced and influenced pipeline with clear targets
  • Reduce spend that does not convert and reallocate to what performs
  • Partner with sales to feed every channel, including outbound, private equity, and technology partners

Segmentation, Data & Performance

  • Own market segmentation and a clear view of who our customers are and what they buy
  • Support driving CRM data hygiene across HubSpot and Salesforce and prepare for CRM consolidation
  • Build centralized marketing performance management, including cost per opportunity and pipeline return
  • Report marketing sourced pipeline and return in the weekly Growth WBR

Brand & Market Presence

  • Develop and launch a unified One Rotation Digital brand strategy for 2027 and beyond
  • Own positioning, identity, and messaging across the platform and its operating brands
  • Drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and market presence across our core technology domains

People & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team with accountability and collaboration
  • Promote a culture of excellence, creativity, and client centric growth
  • Partner closely with the Chief Growth Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and business unit leaders to shape commercial strategy

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in B2B technology, consulting, or software services
  • Proven success in building or unifying marketing functions in a multi brand or multi business unit environment
  • Strong demand generation track record with measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Deep understanding of marketing operations, CRM, and marketing technology, including HubSpot and/or Salesforce
  • Experience with brand strategy, positioning, and go to market in enterprise software or services
  • Strong grasp of segmentation, data, and marketing performance measurement
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
