Role Description

You’ll be hands-on in Klaviyo from day one, working across flows, campaigns, segmentation, QA, and ongoing optimisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and optimising Klaviyo flows end-to-end
  • Executing campaigns from briefs and campaign schedules
  • Managing segmentation, exclusions, suppression, and overlap logic
  • QA of emails and SMS before send
  • Monitoring performance and flagging issues or opportunities
  • Progressing toward owning 3 to 5 retainer accounts over time

What we're looking for

  • Solid hands on experience in Klaviyo
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, not just campaigns
  • Comfortable working with flows, segments, and dynamic content
  • Confident working independently without constant oversight
  • Clear written communication and attention to detail
  • Agency or multi brand experience is a big plus

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience working hands on in Klaviyo
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned browse/cart, post purchase, winback)
  • Strong understanding of segmentation logic, exclusions, suppression, and audience overlap
  • Experience executing email campaigns from briefs or campaign schedules
  • Comfortable QAing and sending campaigns independently
  • Able to interpret performance metrics and identify clear next actions
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail
  • Experience working across multiple brands or clients (agency experience highly regarded)
  • Exposure to deliverability concepts (domains, warming, engagement based sending)
