• Development of marketing strategy – creating and implementing a plan for brand and product promotion.
• Team management – leadership, motivation, and supervision of the marketing team’s performance.
• Budget management – planning and optimizing expenses for marketing campaigns.
• Advertising campaigns – development and launch of promotional activities across various channels.
• Performance analysis – evaluating campaign effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Product positioning – ensuring brand and product consistency in the market.
• Partnerships – developing collaborations with other companies and agencies.

Skills you'll need to bring:

• At least 1 year of experience in a marketing lead position.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Practical knowledge of digital marketing, SMM, SEO, and content marketing.
• Experience working with budgets and marketing campaign analytics.
• Experience working with Tier 1 locations (DEU/AUT/CHE).
