Senior Product Designer

About this role We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of AI companionship — a fast-moving, high-growth space where new interaction patterns are still being invented. This is a scaling, hands-on role for someone who can work across end-to-end product design: from concept, flows, and prototyping to high-fidelity UI, interaction patterns, and design system evolution. You'll be designing for a multi-surface product — chat interfaces, AI-powered creation tools, payment flows, onboarding, marketing pages — all while ensuring consistency and scalability through our design systems. You'll also translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive, and engaging user experiences that delight and convert. We're looking for a full-stack product designer — strong across UX and UI — who thrives in high-velocity, 0→1 environments. This role is not for a design "specialist" who only works in one part of the process. You'll be working hands-on in Figma, prototyping ideas, validating against market/competitor insights, and shipping designs that make a measurable impact. • 5+ years of experience in end-​to-​end product design (mobile + web)

Work experience

• Worked on consumer-​facing apps with millions of users,​ ideally mobile-​first.​
• Strong design portfolio showing complete projects start-​to-​finish
• Dating apps OR AI products OR adult content experience
• Subscription products experience (paid apps,​ memberships)
• Expert in Figma (components,​ prototypes,​ advanced features)
• Strong skills in interaction,​ visual,​ responsive design,​ information architecture.​
• Can code basics (HTML/CSS) or do motion/3D design
• Strong ability to prototype and communicate concepts to engineers.​
