Salary: Ballpark €50K - €60K depending on experience. 

Job Description: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing initiatives across the primary region DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and broader EMEA markets. This role plays a key part in helping to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support regional sales activities through effective coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, lead generation efforts, CRM management, and customer engagement programs. This role will report into both the Commercial Director EMEA and Global Marketing Director with close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.  

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support: 

  • Coordinate and assist in the execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns targeted at the DACH and EMEA regions. 
  • Localize global content and marketing materials to suit regional audiences, including German translations when required (English to German) 
  • Support the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and trade shows. 
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs and campaign effectiveness in the DACH and EMEA regions. 
  • Support German-language website maintenance and implement basic SEO best practices. 

Sales Support: 

  • Qualify inbound leads and accounts across the DACH and EMEA regions. 
  • Research target companies and key stakeholders to build and maintain a high-quality prospect database. 
  • Assist in the outreach of campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest, nurture leads, and book meetings for the sales team. 
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of accounts and assist with early-stage pipeline development. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), tracking all interactions, meeting notes, lead status, and deal progress. 
  • Assist in the creation or translation of sales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications to support active deals. 
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, updating contact lists, and coordinating regional sales activities and campaigns. 

Partnership Co-ordination: 

  • Be point of contact for sales partners in the European region 

Administrative & Cross-functional: 

  • Liaise with global marketing to align on campaign goals and messaging. 
  • Coordinate logistics for regional marketing activities and ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Provide administrative assistance on compliance matters such as non-disclosure agreements, GDPR adherence, and regulatory certifications. 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 
  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing and sales support role, ideally in B2B or technology/SaaS sectors. 
  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is essential (C2 proficiency)  
  • Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations relevant to marketing and sales activities in the DACH and EMEA regions. 
  • Basic knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and how they support high-value sales engagements would be advantageous. 
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, 6sense, WordPress, email platforms and marketing automation tools highly regarded 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 
  • Occasional start of day meetings will be required to communicate with Head Office.
