Position Overview As an Email / Chat Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for users reaching out through email and live chat. This remote position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, quick with solutions, and experienced in delivering support in a digital-first environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely support to users via email and chat channels.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns, identifying problems, and providing solutions.
• Document interactions, feedback, and recurring issues in the internal support system.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to escalate and resolve complex queries.
• Maintain a high standard of service while working in a structured remote environment.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of customer support experience—especially in email or chat channels.
• Prior experience in a remote work setup with strong digital communication skills.
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom.
• Strong written communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• A quiet, professional remote workspace and a stable internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in SaaS, marketing technology, or enterprise software support.
• Ability to work flexible hours across different time zones.
