CRM Retention Marketing Specialist II

The Sage Groups’ client, the worlds largest food delivery service, is seeking to bring on a strategic, solution-oriented, and creative CRM Retention Marketer to join the New Verticals Retention Team.

In this role, you will focus on launching and iterating on CRM programs that drive growth and retention for emerging lines of business , with a specific focus on our Golden Markets. Golden Markets are strategically prioritized geographic areas where marketing efforts can drive significant incremental growth and sustained engagement.

These markets are selected based on revenue potential, market readiness, strategic fit, and scalability. By concentrating efforts on these areas, we can optimize marketing investments, deliver measurable impact, and establish repeatable best practices for future market expansion. The ideal candidate can zoom out to ideate across the customer lifecycle one moment, and dive into campaign execution and performance reporting the next.

• You have experience building consensus and trusted relationships across cross-functional teams, and excel at making data-informed decisions to achieve campaign and business goals.

• Key areas of responsibility include: Creating and maintaining campaign and workflow strategies for New Verticals, including offer, cadence, and audience testing

• Analyzing initiative impact on key business metrics such as order rate and revenue Leading creative ideation and iteration, including optimization in partnership with internal creative resources

• Consulting on and overseeing strategy for various customer experience (Cx) workstreams

• You’ll collaborate across the organization—including with strategy & operations, brand, product marketing, and analytics—as well as with our broader

• Retention team to build and execute strategies that engage and retain active customers in emerging lines of business.
