Overview 

ReStart are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Marketing Manager with experience across the healthcare landscape to join our team.  

Our Marketing Manager is responsible for driving and executing marketing initiatives across our portfolio of data products and integration services. This position is responsible for ensuring marketing strategies directly support the company’s commercial goals while identifying opportunities to drive consistent, organisation-wide growth. 

The ideal applicant will be a strategic and marketing professional with extensive stakeholder management and influencing skills gained from within the healthcare sector. Enthusiasm, confidence, creativity and a collaborative approach are fundamental to this role. The individual will work closely with the leadership team, sales, product and operation teams to ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive, effective, and tailored.  

Responsible for the development and delivery of communications to drive an increase in customer engagement. Designing, building and executing campaigns to support core business targets and goals around acquisition and retention, as well as building credibility and understanding of ReStart’s solutions and services within the customer base and wider market 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalised marketing strategies to drive sales, enhance market position, and support business goals  
• Design and deliver multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, socials, and advertising platforms  
• Produce branded and timely collateral, including sales presentations, support materials, and marketing campaigns, to enable the sales team  
• Create and manage social media and PR content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth  
• Take full ownership of planning and delivering events that support commercial objectives and generate leads  
• Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and optimised  
• Oversee and update the CRM system to deliver targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns

• Proven experience in marketing management within the health tech or healthcare industry  
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, market trends, and competitive positioning  
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and converting leads into opportunities  
• Experience managing the full pitch process, from RFP to final sales presentation  
• Proficiency in managing social media channels and PR initiatives  

Qualifications

• Marketing qualification (or relevant experience)  
• Relevant CRM experience
