About the Opportunity:

This organization provides an intelligence layer for customer experience through an operating system of AI agents that learn, remember, and act across customer touchpoints—from support conversations to shopping experiences to voice and social media interactions. The role focuses on bridging the gap between customer wins and sales by turning product launches into market moments, customer stories into case studies, and competitive situations into wins. The position involves working with leadership and the go-to-market team to build a marketing function from the ground up that drives enterprise deals.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product launches including external market releases and internal education with positioning, enablement, and amplification

• Manage customer success story lifecycle from identification to interviews, content creation, legal approvals, and distribution

• Build and run an academy program to drive customer adoption and product value

• Create competitive intelligence materials such as battlecards, takedown decks, and positioning frameworks

• Develop ROI calculators and business case materials to articulate value differentiation

• Build a visual asset library including case studies, one-pagers, before/after comparisons, and sales templates

• Establish feedback loops with sales, customer success, and product teams to identify impactful assets

• Track marketing asset usage, pipeline influence, win rates, and revenue attribution to optimize performance

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in product marketing at B2B SaaS companies, preferably enterprise

• Proven track record creating marketing assets that directly impact pipeline, win rates, or deal velocity

• Experience building customer education programs or academies from the ground up

• Proficient user of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Lovable, and v0 to scale output and quality

• Skilled in building custom AI workflows and prompts to enhance marketing productivity

• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and sales team needs to close deals

• Execution-focused with a bias toward shipping quickly and iterating based on feedback

• Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing high-impact activities
