About the Opportunity:
This organization delivers Ava, an AI Sales Teammate for high-velocity sales teams that provides real-time guidance before, during, and after calls through text, voice, or avatar. Ava helps sellers work smarter, faster, and better, saving reps 6 to 8 hours per week and enabling teams to focus on driving growth. The Marketing Operations Manager will build, operate, and scale the marketing engine supporting the go-to-market strategy by managing systems, processes, data, and tools across Marketing, Product, and Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including automation, CRM integrations, attribution, and reporting systems
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports tracking funnel performance, conversion rates, spend efficiency, and ROI across programs and channels
• Partner with Demand, Digital, Product Marketing, and Business Development to ensure clean handoffs, consistent definitions, and shared performance metrics
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts, and spend-to-plan tracking to ensure accountability and capital efficiency
• Operationalize campaign execution including timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination
• Support experimentation and optimization by enabling A/B testing, audience segmentation, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with RevOps to align data models, lifecycle stages, and attribution logic
Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or growth operations within a B2B SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical skills with comfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Understanding of modern go-to-market motions including PLG, SLG, and hybrid models
• Experience building processes and systems in high-growth, evolving environments
