About the Opportunity:

The organization is a dynamic industrial safety group committed to protecting people, property, and the environment through advanced safety solutions. The Marketing Manager role involves developing and executing marketing strategies and product marketing plans to boost brand awareness and drive business growth. This position focuses on product positioning, messaging, marketing programs, launches, and events targeting the business unit’s audience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement long-term marketing and action plans identifying target audiences and industries

• Communicate value propositions and distribute them via relevant channels; measure results to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement

• Set annual and quarterly marketing goals; monitor brand visibility, lead generation, funnel performance, and engagement

• Direct broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline needs for varied account segments

• Maintain intimate knowledge of marketing leads database to identify new engagement opportunities

• Manage development of all brand publications including digital and social media; provide creative guidance

• Partner with corporate marketing and events teams through creative briefs for external messaging including press releases, event scripts, talking points, social media posts, and collateral

• Collaborate with product management to develop product content roadmaps detailing campaigns, launches, and events

• Provide marketing strategies for all new product launches and releases; monitor competitor activities and ensure customer requirements are met

• Support integration and optimization of product information management systems to ensure accurate product data for distributors

• Track and report marketing results across the buyer’s journey; analyze data to identify optimization opportunities

• Develop and manage short- and long-term marketing budgets; monitor progress and evaluate performance

• Establish goals and KPIs for campaigns; connect performance to revenue impact

• Manage budget planning for headcount, hiring, and department resources, both internal and external

• Lead and coach a team of marketing contributors; manage expectations and performance; support code of conduct and core values initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies and action plans targeting B2B industrial markets

• Strong skills in product marketing, campaign management, and demand generation

• Ability to manage multi-channel marketing communications including digital, social media, and events

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and corporate communications

• Competence in using product information management systems and marketing analytics tools

• Budget management experience including planning, monitoring, and reporting

• Leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams

• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
