About the Opportunity:
This organization is a leading community platform dedicated to helping people support each other through fundraising and nonprofit engagement. The Manager, Web Project Management role is responsible for executing the web roadmap, coordinating developers, designers, and content workflows to turn strategy into actionable project plans and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Execute the web roadmap including theme rebuilds, site redesigns, new content launches, and CRO tests
• Translate growth leadership strategy into detailed project plans with timelines and clear ownership
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs to ensure projects stay on track
• Manage day-to-day work of web developers and designers, including content upload and publishing workflows
• Align teams on priorities, requirements, and deadlines while balancing team capacity across initiatives
• Own ClickUp project management system: create and maintain project plans, workflows, and dashboards
• Maintain project hygiene, documentation, and run standups, status updates, launch checklists, and retrospectives
• Provide proactive communication on progress, risks, and timelines
• Oversee WordPress execution including theme updates, content publishing, QA, launch coordination, and follow-up
• Collaborate with developers and designers to meet quality, performance, and accessibility standards
• Support CRO by coordinating test implementation, updates, and learnings
• Continuously improve delivery processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
Requirements:
• 5 or more years of experience in web or digital project management
• Proven experience managing developers, designers, and content workflows
• Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp
• Strong experience working with WordPress
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred experience with large-scale site redesigns or theme rebuilds
• Familiarity with CRO concepts and experimentation workflows
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Compensation:
• Annual salary range from $126,000 to $189,000 plus equity and benefits
• Salary determined by role, level, and location within the US
• Individual pay based on location, skills, experience, and education
