About the Opportunity:

The organization is seeking a leader to drive the strategic development and execution of go-to-market and product marketing initiatives, focusing on internal tools, agent acquisition, service launches, and vertical-specific campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Define positioning and messaging for internal tools supporting agent acquisition, onboarding, and lifecycle management.

• Align marketing with agent-facing innovations by partnering with Talent Acquisition, Agent Experience, and L&D teams.

• Build frameworks for launching new services and capabilities, including messaging, collateral, and sales enablement.

• Coordinate readiness and alignment with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, and Operations for service launches.

• Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for priority verticals, including buyer personas, ICPs, and sub-industry campaigns.

• Collaborate with Marketing to optimize vertical-specific content and demand generation efforts.

• Create and maintain sales content reflecting vertical nuances and product differentiation.

• Support co-marketing with strategic partners and vendors.

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness and conversion.

• Utilize marketing tools for targeting high-intent buyers and re-engagement.

• Monitor campaign KPIs with Analytics and BI teams, refine strategies as needed.

• Lead and manage multiple projects independently while maintaining quality delivery.

• Participate in virtual meetings and work from a desk for extended periods.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in contact center, SaaS, or BPO environments.

• Proven success in launching vertical-specific campaigns and leading cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.

• Strong understanding of buyer journeys, persona development, and sales alignment.

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• High personal accountability and ability to deliver quality work.

• Problem-solving and innovative mindset.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
