About the Opportunity:
The Campaign Operations Manager (Individual Contributor) supports go-to-market objectives by planning, building, launching, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. This role manages campaign execution from audience segmentation and testing through deployment and performance analysis while partnering with marketing and cross-functional teams. The position contributes to efficient marketing operations, scalable processes, and revenue growth through effective campaign delivery and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including campaign builds, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous optimization.
• Administer day-to-day marketing automation systems and support platform integrations.
• Collaborate with channel managers and Marketing Operations teams to monitor campaign KPIs and recommend performance improvements.
• Support lead lifecycle management, lead nurturing, data cleansing, workflow automation, and other marketing operations processes.
• Manage multiple campaigns, projects, and requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain campaign documentation, templates, and enablement resources.
• Share campaign operations best practices and contribute to process standardization.
• Support the evaluation and responsible use of AI and automation tools to improve marketing workflows.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience executing campaigns within a Marketing Operations environment.
• Strong proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing database management.
• Experience managing marketing automation workflows, campaign processes, and audience segmentation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Pendo, Zuddl, and 6sense is a plus.
• Experience with AI-powered automation tools is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with a process-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, individual-contributor environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• U.S. compensation range: $89,000–$111,000 USD annually.
• Compensation may vary based on education, experience, certifications, and other relevant factors.
• Total compensation may include restricted stock units.
