About The Role As a Lead Generation Specialist, your mission is simple: identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and create a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team. You will combine research, communication, persistence, and organization to help turn interest into appointments and future business. Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads based on agreed target market criteria.
  • Build, clean, and maintain accurate lead lists and CRM records.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other approved channels.
  • Qualify prospects before handing opportunities to the sales team.
  • Book meetings and appointments for the business development team.
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation activity and results.
  • Recommend smarter sourcing strategies and process improvements.
  • Collaborate remotely with management and team members to achieve targets.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, appointment setting, or outbound prospecting.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with high confidence speaking to clients.
  • Experience using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent research, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Results-driven mindset with minimal supervision required.
  • B2B lead generation experience is highly preferred.
