About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, personable and proactive Customer Success Manager to oversee a book of new and existing accounts.
The job is to ensure that customers have successfully adopted the platform and continue to get value on an ongoing basis.
Success will be measured through customer adoption, retention and account growth.
The position is initially part time with flexible hours required, however may grow into a full time role with broader responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: creating example PR reports, supporting prospects during trials, providing training (remote), ensuring strong initial adoption
- Ongoing Engagement: account audits, proactively offering support, hosting webinars and support clinics, sharing best practice emails and product updates
- Soft Upselling: ensuring customers are aware of new features that could add value; seeking opportunities to grow accounts and increase overall revenues across the book of customers
- Renewals: engaging with customers ahead of renewal to share quotes and contracts (annually invoiced accounts only)
- Support: owning the Knowledge Base and responding to technical and general questions in a timely manner

- Ideal: experience in PR/Communications - to quickly build rapport and share best practices in PR reporting
- Commercial awareness - to understand how customer retention and growth drive the business.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset - to spot and solve customer challenges fast
- Exceptional written and verbal communication - to represent Releasd credibly in the comms community
- Flexible schedule - to run sessions at convenient times for a global customer base (and you)
- Friendly, pragmatic nature - to fit our small, collaborative team of ex-PR pros
Package
- UK based, remote
- Temp contract to potentially permanent
- Flexible hours: can be pre-determined to suit both customer base and your needs
- £30 to £40 an hour, depending on experience
